By creating an account or using SwapStock, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SwapStock is a B2B marketplace that enables e-commerce businesses to trade excess inventory with other businesses. We facilitate connections between parties but do not take ownership of any inventory.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Swap Transactions

All swap values must be mutually agreed upon by both parties
A transaction fee of 5% (founding member rate) applies to completed swaps
Fees are charged when both parties confirm the swap agreement
Users are responsible for shipping costs and logistics

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Misrepresent the condition, quantity, or value of inventory
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

6. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between users, SwapStock may, at its discretion, mediate or provide information to help resolve the issue. We reserve the right to issue refunds of transaction fees in cases of verified non-delivery or fraud.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwapStock is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
